I was happy to get an appointment sooner than I anticipated, but the service advisor I had wasn’t much of a customer service person, he can work on his skills for that, he wasn’t too friendly at all, and I had to come back because they left something hanging under my dashboard that needed to be plugged back in and he approached me like it was something I did, and made no effort to look at my issue, so I got down with my flashlight and plugged it back in myself, he just didn’t show too much interest, like I said he can use a little more people skill update, other than him I think I will come back.

I have been doing business with this auto dealership for over seven years now. I've purchased a vehicle in the past and currently leasing one. My experience with the sales and service departments has been generally a positive one. I anticipate that the quality of service that has been shown to me will continue for the duration of our relationship going forward. 5/13/2021 I recently needed to have a service for my 2019 Jeep Compass. Again I can report that the experience was very positive and personally assuring for me. 5/28/2023 I recently visited the dealership to have my vehicle serviced do to a few repairs that were needed. All of the repairs were completed and the majority of them were completely covered under my warranty! In addition, I received quality customer service by my Service Advisor, Joe. 😃

Joe Murray is our new service advisor. He really was very professional, kept us in the loop on everything reguarding our repairs even stayed i. touch on the timelines of some parts that were delayed coming in so we knew how the timelines were coming along. Honestly this was a last ditch effort for us getting our car serviced here. this dealership has had high turnover on marginal service advisors. Joe however hit a grand slam and has restored our trust with the dealerships service so we will be back. Thanks Joe for your commitment to getting things back on track!
